Terms & Conditions — “ONE Cash Heroes” Promotion, August 2026
Promotion Details
This promotional offer runs from 4 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”), during which ONE Cash customers earn points for completing specific transactions through the ONE Cash application. 20 winners are selected weekly based on customers’ points ranking, for a total of 80 winners across the full Promotional Period. Winners are announced on 11, 18, 25 August and 1 September 2026. Rewards (e-money) are credited directly to the ONE Cash accounts of the winning customers.

Tie-Breaker Criteria
In case of a tie in points between two or more customers, the following criteria apply in order:
- Number of highest-point (100-point) transactions — the customer with more wins the higher rank.
- Total number of qualifying transactions.
- Total transaction amount.

Other Terms & Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and subject to the published ONE Cash Terms and Conditions.
- ONE Cash reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
- ONE Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotional offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any technical or commercial reason without prior notice or any legal liability.
- ONE Cash customers with multiple activated accounts registered with the same KYC document/details are eligible to win no more than a total of 1 reward from this Promotional Offer, regardless of the number of ONE Cash accounts held. Rewards are granted based on unique personal ID information.
- Customers found to have attempted suspicious or fraudulent acts to obtain rewards are automatically excluded from this and future promotional offers.
- ONE Cash Agents and Merchants and their employees, employees of ONE Cash, ONE Cash Key Accounts, and any supplier or third party directly involved with this Promotion and their immediate families and dependents are not eligible to participate.
- E-money is credited directly into the winning customers’ ONE Cash wallets.
- No one from ONE Cash will ever ask for your PIN and/or OTP. Never share them with anyone.
- This promotional offer does not apply to suspicious transactions, which are subject to ONE Cash general policies.
- ONE Cash has sole authority to decide any dispute arising out of or connected to these terms and conditions.
